SYNOPSIS
Norwegian trade union leader Walter Jonsen contemplates his ideology in the Reichstag before making a public address in Berlin. Celebrated by his German colleagues, he ends the night being mugged by two prostitutes. He will then rediscover the joy of helping the little man getting fair pay for his work.
