SYNOPSIS
Lyrical film-poem cast in a classic structure about Amsterdam, before, during, and after a rainshower, as were the words of co-scriptwriter and co-director Mannus Franken. The primary interest in the film though is not the rain but the way it renders the wetness of the city.
