SYNOPSIS

In front of Taipei's central station, Shiang-chyi follows a woman who's attempting to cross the large, traffic-ridden avenue. A policeman stops them and asks to see their IDs. Shiang-chyi complies, but the woman refuses, arguing that the footbridge she used to take is gone.
