SYNOPSIS

July 2003, the system of unemployment insurance for freelance performing arts is under pressure. The performing arts world has exploded: festivals and concerts are being cancelled. In Paris, "amateur revolutionary professional artists" hold front stage. This film traces the beginnings of their struggle.
