SYNOPSIS

Four ageing musicians are getting ready to give a concert in a local church on a sunny summer afternoon. But the cellist’s journey goes from bad to worse and the incomplete quartet are forced to begin a clumsy melody without him. As night falls, the cellist arrives at last and the quartet finds its unity for a brief moment.
