SYNOPSIS

Karolina and Natalia seek refuge from their domineering father and from the memories of their sad childhood. When the younger sister's eyesight begins to deteriorate, they decide to find their mother Boena, who left long ago. Can Karolina establish a bond with a mother she has not seen for fourteen years?
