SYNOPSIS

Sitting in near obscurity a man is chopping tomatoes. In front of him there is some tea, camping stoves, tins litter a tiny shelf. This man has a strange profession. Today his transfer has been accepted by the Ministry of Communication: he is going to be able to speak to people.
