SYNOPSIS

Russia, 1942. After witnessing the mass murder of the people of her village, Anna, a young Russian woman, hides in the forest. She meets Carlos, a member of the Spanish Blue division, allies of the Germans. Carlos has decided to desert. They both seek refuge in the forest so as to find meaning in their lives.
