SYNOPSIS

Heather is a pharmacist in the Vancouver Downtown Eastside, which is noted for its high levels of poverty, drug use and crime rate. Heather deals with a very grim side of reality through a job difficult for both its repetitive and unpredictable aspects. We follow her interactions with a colourful and sometimes tragic variety of customers.
