SYNOPSIS

From my apartment window, I was able to follow the construction of an office building in a police station yard in Zagreb. For "safety reasons", there are more and more public and private spaces in a city that is nowadays under surveillance. One secretly placed camera, turned towards a repressive institution, should not disturb the balance of my city.
