SYNOPSIS

SHKURTA is a name given in Alabanian families to stop a run of daughters, superstitiously they believe a son will be born afterwards. Shkurta and her father are the only ones to have survived the war. Struggling to survive, Shkurta tries to hold on to what’s left and her father to accept a life without a son.
