SYNOPSIS

A small town, somewhere in France. Mado is fifty-six and works as a cashier in a supermarket on a one-year, renewable contract. A good deal for some people, but for Mado it's an eternity. One day, she decides to escape to the country and the house whereson she loves and yet sees so seldom lives.
