SYNOPSIS

A mother, desperate to feed her child, takes part in the food programme organized by the Mayor of a city. Upon seeing the favourable response of the mayor's wife to her child, she undertakes a disturbing gamble. A stark rendition of electoral politics in post-EDSA Philippines.
