SYNOPSIS

Joana is a lonely child; we do not know whether she lives on the streets due to abandonment or by her own will, maybe she has run away from home. She believes she has the power to control the rain, even when it takes her by surprise. Joana spends her days practicing small thefts and splashing cold water.
