SYNOPSIS

2012. Three billion people see a change of power in their countries. In France, democracy seems to be taken for granted: 50% of the population did not even cast their ballots. In Papua New Guinea, a fervent hope is reborn every five years. However, their history is much closer to ours than we may think.
