SYNOPSIS
Alain, 30, is wandering the corridors of the Housing Benefits Centre where he helps people fill in their applications. He meets Claude, a 50-year old divorced man who is here to recover old allowances. As Claude’s application goes on, their working relationship turns into friendship.
