SYNOPSIS

Agents Skindog and O'Malley have a Korean mob accountant under surveillance when suddenly he is kidnapped. The two agents burst in to find a pair of Filipino domestic workers taken hostage, their target gone, and the kidnappers on the run. Can they catch the bandits and recapture the elusive Barrelman?
