SYNOPSIS

SECRETOS is the story of Carlos and Nena, who, after marrying, discover they are HIV infected. After their divorce and suffering from guilt, Carlos falls into depression and commits suicide. Nena subsequently confesses in front of Carlos' tomb that she was the one who infected him.
