SYNOPSIS

On 26 October 1997, Joe Cinque died of a heroin overdose, aged twenty-six. The call to the ambulance came from his girlfriend Anu Signh, who was later convicted of manslaughter. HEY JOE explores the events that took place the day Joe Cinque died.
