SYNOPSIS

Wannabe French writer Sophia struggles to forget her dream (a dream that her mother disapproves of). In Kyoto she meets Aya, a Maiko (an apprentice Geisha) who also dreams of something other than what her mother wished for her, to be an actress in Paris. Sophia helps Aya to achieve her goal in order to regain hope for her own dream.
