SYNOPSIS

MY ROOTS LIE HERE explores the relationship of four elderly Cubans with the homes they have lived in all of their lives. They all express a ferocious attachment to their home which is their anchor. The camera acts as an interloper, carefully caressing the interiors of each house and its occupant.
