SYNOPSIS

A young innocent rag picker is fascinated and inspired by a story told by his grandmother where people fulfilled their dreams by sending their 'dreams' into the universe in balloons. Finding some pages of the same story in the garbage he concludes it’s a sign, and proceeds to fulfill his own dream.
