SYNOPSIS

While he endlessly waits on hold to Centrelink (the Australian Government payment program), Peter potters around his decrepit shack, confiding in his beloved cockatoo, Tinkerbell. Induced by a dose of damage done, Peter crawls through his fridge, into a room of revelry and reminiscence.
