SYNOPSIS

Kogo, a Japanese filmmaker fleeing his work, has come to spend a few days in Pantin. A mistaken address, the Romainville weather tower, a symposium on failure in art, a girl in blue, another in a funky hat, and so on, they'll all get the better of his aims.
