SYNOPSIS

This film is about a 14-year-old Muslim girl, Abeeda, and her family who have recently illegally migrated from Bangladesh to the city of Kolkata in India in search of work. The film deals with an insecure muslim family’s struggle in a big unfamiliar city and Abeeda’s aspirational dream world.
