SYNOPSIS

Vicente is sick of Alfredo not paying his monthly rent. Financially ruined and desperate, he makes it a derisory offer to Alfredo to buy it. For Alfredo, an aggressive and successful executive, the meeting represents an opportunity to close a business deal.
