SYNOPSIS

When everyone in the neighborhood suddenly has an urgent need to use the restroom, the children lead the investigation. Suspicion quickly falls on the water. When they try to find out if other neighborhoods are facing a similar situation, they will discover that we are not all equal when it comes to water.
