SYNOPSIS

Brussels, 1999. All day long, images of the war in Kosovo are playing on TV. The signal breaks down. It’s the sign for Borian to meet his girlfriend Eva on the roof. When his father shows up to repair the satellite dish, the relationship gets complicated.
