SYNOPSIS

Marcello is a film restorer. While working on an Italian classic, The Railroad man, he finds out an extra, out of context in the background of a scene, dressed in black with a bowler hat. Marcello gets obsessed with him. Then he realizes the man is in every single film of movie history...
