SYNOPSIS

In October 2015, my Japanese grandmother wrote me a letter. This short film is a response to this letter. Through the evocation of a childhood spent in the 1940s on the outskirts of the quiet town of Maebashi, northeast of Tokyo, memories unfold gradually.
