SYNOPSIS

Set in the idyllic Wiltshire countryside CHIPS is the story of three less than average criminals. Having successfully bungled a heist, Ben and Alex, identical twins, and long-term family friend Uncle Sam are out of ideas. CHIPS is a stark, darkly comic regional short.
