SYNOPSIS

Inspired by the story of the great Lady of the Renaissance, the film tells the last days of the Marchesa of Mantua, Isabella d'Este, who with love and strenuous passion defended her role as woman and mother until her secret meeting with "the other Isabella", her son Federico's lover, Isabella Boschetti.
