SYNOPSIS

A Build-To-Order (BTO) flat, a wedding banquet, a lifetime together. Two weeks before their wedding, a young couple prepare to part. BTO is an allocation system for public housing in Singapore. Eligible buyers ballot for flats, which are built only if the number of applicants reach a critical level.
