SYNOPSIS

This is a story of a young woodcutter named Kozue Hayashi. Shot in the forest in Tokushima, like a documentary style which introduces modern forestry using heavy machinery. It is a unique story, filled with many troubles, and later veers toward fantasy. Inspired by Japanese folk tales.
