SYNOPSIS

Yejide is a single mother and, while still attached to her culture and customs, she is stranded in the dreary purlieu of Slough. Her daughter has reached the age when tradition requires her rite of passage to be performed and Yejide struggles with this fateful decision and her mother instinct comes in.
