SYNOPSIS
I asked my grandmother to tell my brothers and me how she — a faithless girl from Northern France — became the Queen of Tunisian meatball couscous, the signature Shabbat dish for local Jews. For us, she "pulled the story out of her body", the story of where we come from, a story of mixed cultures and love.
