SYNOPSIS

SHEEP is a fictional reportage about a real situation. As EU regulations are slowly being implemented on the island of Malta, one farmer has discovered that by not registering his sheep, the sheep are now illegal. Since this court-decision, the herd has to be controlled by the police 24 hours a day.
