SYNOPSIS

AUFZEICHNUNGEN AUS DER NACHBARSCHAFT (Notes from the Neighborhood) observes, over the course of two years, the daily life around the construction of a residential building in Berlin. As construction progresses, a female voice narrates the ups and downs of her contrary life, and the standstill of her body.
