SYNOPSIS

Empire of Brazil - 1870s An enslaved African man runs away, crossing a forest in search of a maroon settlement. After him, are two slave-catchers with strict orders to capture him at any cost. But the woods, in its deepnes, houses mysteries and wraiths capable of setting them into a lethal trap.
