SYNOPSIS
Juan is a young, Ecuadorian narcissist who believes that the altitude of Quito is intellectually affecting 97% of Quito's population due to low levels of oxygen in the brain. Juan struggles to be part of the remaining 3% who are immune to the altitude and govern the city.
