SYNOPSIS

AdveL feeds his family with the salary of his old donkey, Bozo, which works in the waste department of the Turkish town of Mardin. He also hosts his nephew, Salih, who fled Syria because of the war. After Bozo's "retirement", Avdel has to find a younger donkey to continue to receive his salary. Still traumatized by the war, Salih returns to Syria to recover his own...
