SYNOPSIS
In the footsteps of her father, Émilie does her utmost to produce the best possible meats while respecting the animals' well-being. She's even set up a mobile slaughterhouse to take control of slaughtering and as a result, she's created the first ethical label certifying the well-being of livestock.
