SYNOPSIS

6th graders are preparing for Mother’s Day. The teacher asks the class to write an essay called ‘This Is My Mother’. A neglected looking boy, LALI (12) starts to write enthusiastically. Touched by Lali’s portrayal of his loving mom, his teacher selects Lali's writing for the ceremony. Lali is super proud. When he goes home, after school, we discover Lali’s deepest secret...
