SYNOPSIS

Sam has recently arrived in London and finds a job as a parking inspector. He is very lonely and buys a pet rabbit. But on the morning of his first day of work, he kicks the rabbit's cage and hurts it accidentally. Sam hurries to a pet shop, but they refuse to see him this early in the morning. Sam carries his rabbit around London while giving angry locals parking tickets. One of the drivers is actually an on call vet...
