SYNOPSIS
Charles is the victim of impulsive phobias and ruminations that worry and disturb him. His life is spoilt by visions of himself committing criminal acts towards those around him. Through his omnipresent thoughts in voice-over, he questions the nature of his obsessions and impulses.
