SYNOPSIS

A rich young girl and a migrant child, who has escaped from a court of law, meet at the entrance of the castle park where the little girl lives. Despite the heavy railings that separate them, they get along very well: the girl offers the little migrant a pendant of precious stones. Convinced that the boy has stolen the pendant, the girl’s mother decides to intervene and stop this friendship going any further.
