A meeting with farmers at the beginning of the food chain. As the animal is still alive, it is not considered as simple meat but is loved. How do farmers see the link between themselves and their animals and the bond they feel? What balance must be achieved between care, bond and unavoidable abandon? What methods are in place to make it less violent?
