SYNOPSIS
Lana is a young middle class thirty-year-old. Her sister Hélène has a strong character and convinces her to go to a poor country on the Indian Ocean. The goal:to deal with administrative problems concerning her son, Liam aged 5, who can no longer wait for a second transplant. Lana discovers another world of poverty and the illegality of organ trafficking.
