SYNOPSIS

This is a tale about radioactive pigeons, two pairs of twins and a massacre, set in a seaside village in the shadow of a decrepit nuclear plant. In this blighted environment all is entangled - and that includes birds, humans, plutonium - and nothing or no one will be spared. BIRDS was inspired by events that took place between 1999 - 2010 in Cumbria, UK.
