SYNOPSIS

Harry Houdini died of peritonitis, following the rupture of the appendix, at the age of fifty-two. Only nine days before, he met a boxing student, from McGill University in Montreal, who, visiting him in his dressing room, wanted to test his legendary abdominal muscles. Something Houdini normally allowed.
